imc CRONOSflex: Moduły imc CRONOSflex

W ramach stacji akwizycji danych imc CRONOSflex, oferujemy moduły pomiarowe dostosowane do praktycznie każdego typu czujnika. Istnieje również możliwość wyboru kilku  modułów z różnymi wejściami w ramach jednej stacji.  Dzięki  temu imc CRONOSflex jest najbardziej elastycznym i uniwersalnym urządzeniem pomiarowym.

Pomiary modułowe!
Jednostka podstawowa może próbkować sygnał maksymalnie 100kSPS na kanał, oraz do 2 mln próbek na sekundę. Istnieje również wersja przystosowana do wykonywania pomiarów w ciężkich warunkach, bez obniżenia standardów jakościowych pomiarów.

 


Najważniejszą cechą tego urządzenia jest łatwe i szybkie dodawanie lub odejmowanie kolejnych modułów dzięki mechanizmowi "Click". Pozwala ona nanaprawdę łatwo dodawać kolejne moduły , przez co użytkownik może odpowiednio do swoich potrzeb konfigurować stację akwizycji danych. Co ważne poszczególne moduły mogą być rozproszone tak aby znajdywały się blisko czujnika. Mimo braku fizycznego połączenia, poszczególne moduły są zsynchronizowane i przesyłają dane do jednostki podstawowej za pomocą kabla Ethernet lub bezprzewodowo.


UNI2 - 8

8-channel Universal Input Module

The imc CRONOSflex Multipurpose Module (CRFX/UNI2-8) is ideal for measurements requiring many different types of signal conditioning, or where the signal conditioning requirements are unknown or likely to change. The 8 differential, analog input channels enable not only the measurement of voltage, current and IEPE/ICP sensors, but also direct measurement of temperature (thermocouples and PT100 / RTD), resistive bridges and strain gauge (full-, half- and 120 or 350 Ohm quarter bridge directly supported).

For the powering of external sensors or resistive bridge measurements, a software selectable (2.5 V to 24 V) sensor supply is included.

UNI - 4

4-channel, universal module with isolation

The imc CRONOSflex universale module (CRFX/UNI-4) offers maximum flexibility and versatility. The 4 channels enable not only the measurement of voltage, current and the connection of IEPE (ICP)-sensors but also temperature (thermocouples, PT100 and PT1000), bridges and strain gauges (full-, half- and quarter bridge with internal completion: 120 , 350 and 1 k ).
Channel-wise independently configurable supply voltages between 0.25 V to 24 V are provided for the supply of external sensors respectively bridge measurement.
The channels are individually galvanically isolated for the voltage measurement, current and thermocouple measurement. Each channel is equipped with an own simultaneous A/D converter and adjustable filter (e.g., anti-aliasing filter).

LV3 - 8

8-channel Module for High Resolution measurements of voltage and current

The imc CRONOSflex high resolution voltage, current* and IEPE/ICP* Module (CRFX/LV3-8), enables per channel software adjustable sampling rates of up to 100 kSamples/s/channel. With a very high analog bandwidth of 48 kHz per channel, the module is suitable for the measurements through the entire electromechanical range, including sound and vibration signals. Due to its highly dynamic input voltage range between +/- 0.005 V full scale and up to +/- 60 V full scale, and over voltage protection extending up to 80 V, it ensures reliable measurements in virtually any application.

8-channel isolated module

The imc CRONOSflex High-Precision Module (CRFX/ISO2-8) with 8 isolated channels is ideal for the measurement of:

  • Voltage and current
  • Temperature (thermocouples and PT100)
  • IEPE (ICP) sensors

Highlights:

  • Isolated channels enable measurements in environments where the ground reference voltage conditions are not well defined
  • High signal bandwidth 11 kHz

ISOF - 8

8-channel, faster and isolated differential amplifier

The ISOF-8 is an isolated differential amplifier with 8 galvanically isolated channels for highly accurate measurement of:

  • Voltage and current
  • Temperature (Thermocouple and PT100)
  • ICP-Sensors (with optional ICP connector)

Highlights:

  • Isolated channels, galvanically isolated inputs
  • Adjustable input voltage range (from ±50mV to ±60V)

HISO - 8

8-channel, HV Isolated Measurement Module

The imc CRONOSflex Module high isolation module (CRFX/HISO-8) enables measurement of low voltage signals riding on a high or indeterminate common mode level of up to 800 V, including:

  • Voltage (±50 mV to ±60 V)
  • Temperature (thermocouple and Pt100)
  • Current (20 mA)

Highlights:

  • Each channel galvanically isolated, channel-to-channel and channel-to-ground
  • high isolation rating 800V CAT I / 300V CAT III

Typical applications:

  • Temperature measurements on high voltage battery or fuel cell terminals, e.g., hybrid or electric vehicles

HV - 4U

 Module for measurement of high voltages

The imc CRONOSflex High Voltage input module (CRFX/HV-4U) is ideally suited for isolated measurements of high voltage signals up to ±1000 V, as encountered in power quality monitoring and power efficiency analysis of electrical drive systems or hybrid vehicles.

Highlights:

  • Measurement of voltages of up to 600 VRMS (CAT III) / 1000 VRMS (CAT II)
  • 14 kHz analog bandwidth (-3 dB)
  • Phase accuracy better than 1° for measurements of up to the 50th harmonic of 50/60 Hz line voltage

HV - 2U2I

 Module for the measurement of high voltage and current

With the HV-2U2I four-channel amplifier, two channels can be used for measuring voltages up to 1000 V, and two channels are available to measure with current probes.

The imc CRONOSflex Bridge Measurement Module (CRFX/DCB2-8 and CRFX/DCBC2-8) supports eight differential, analog inputs with integrated sensor supply for the measurement of resistive bridges or strain gauges, as well as voltage, current* and IEPE/ICP-sensors*.

A software selectable (2.5 V to 24 V) sensor supply is included, for the powering of external sensors or resistive bridge / strain gauge.

A software selectable (2.5 V to 24 V) sensor supply is included, for the powering of external sensors or resistive bridge / strain gauge networks.

4-channel High Precision Bridge Measurement Module

The imc CRONOSflex Bridge Measurement Module (CRFX/BR2-4) enables measurements of four resistive bridges or strain gauges, supplied with a software selectable choice of either DC or CF (AC) excitation.

AUDIO2 - 4 i AUDIO2 - 4 - MIC

4-channel Audio Measurement Module

The imc CRONOSflex Audio Measurement Module (CRFX/AUDIO2-4) is specially designed for acquisition of sound and vibration data.
In addition, acquisition using ICP™ - or DeltaTron-Sensors®.
The module can be used for very precise measurements over a wide voltage range. It stands out by a very large signal to noise and high signal fidelity. In combination with the wide bandwidth and the 24 bit resolution, a broad scope of measurement applications are covered.
Next to each signal input at the front of the module there is a LED for a cable breakage recognition in measurement mode/coupling "AC with current feed"

QI - 4

4-channel charge- and audio measurement module

The imc CRONOSflex charge amplifier module (CRFX/QI-4) is especially suited for quasi-static as well as dynamic charge measurements. By means of piezoelectric sensors, it is possible to measure forces, pressure and acceleration, as well as to perform analysis of solid-borne noise such as that occurring in engine indication on vehicle test stands.
As an alternative to standard BNC terminals, triaxial terminals are available which allow the use of charge sensors with built-in TEDS (Transducer Electronic Data Sheet).
The module is additionally designed for acoustical measurements and vibration analysis with current-fed IEPE sensors such as ICP™-, DeltaTron®-, and PiezoTron® sensors are supported. Further, the module can be used for high-precision measurement across a wide voltage range.
The module features a very high signal-to-noise ratio and high fidelity. In combination with its large bandwidth of around 50 kHz and its 24-bit resolution, a wide scope of applications can be covered. The separate galvanic isolation for each channel provides for robust, interference-free signal capture.
Next to each measurement input on the CRFX/QI-4 module’s front panel, there is an LED for the purpose of cable break monitoring in the measurement mode/coupling "AC with current fed".

CRFX/DI-16-HV

16 digital input for high voltage (110 V / 24 V)

This imc CRONOSflex Module (CRFX/DI-16-HV) is equipped with digital inputs that can sample signals conforming to either 24 V or 110 V logic standards. The connection is realized via 4 terminal blocks of 4 bits each. The logic standard of each group of 8 Bit can be set via a switch.

DIO modules for digital signal and control applications

 

This family of modules provides in- and output of digital signals and extend imc CRONOSflex systems with the capability to control measurement environments such as test stands. The digital inputs (DI2-xx) allow sampling of digital signals having TTL/CMOS or 24 V logic levels.

Highlights DI2-xx

  • Galvanically-isolated 4 Bit groups
  • Configurable for 5 V or 24 V level (of 8 Bit groups)

The digital outputs (DO-xx-HC) provide isolated control signals with high output current capabilities. The signals' states can be generated by imc Online FAMOS as the result of live calculations or be assigned to states of the trigger machine.

  • Compatible with 5 V and 24 V Volt output level

16-channel modules provide 16 Bit of the same type (DI or DO).

32-channel modules can be chosen as pure DO or DI type modules or as a combined one (16+16). Those modules are implemented as "Double-modules" acting as two logical modules with their respective IDs displayed on two 7-segment displays.

 

 


Modules providing control and actuating outputs for control applications

 

This family of modules provides output of analog control and actuator signals on 8 channels. The outputs can be defined as the results of live calculations performed by imc Online FAMOS on combinations of measurement channels.

Highlights DAC

  • ±10 V output voltage levels with max. ±10 mA drive current
  • Ensured startup level 0 V without undefined transient states
  • Short-circuit proof against ground
  • Up to 50 kHz output rate

 

Besides this DAC module there is a combined "Double-Module" with additional 16 digital outputs (DO-16-HC) available.
